Clouds or sprinkles? No problem. Your exterior photos will always be shown with a blue sky.

Is it winter or in a drought? Your exterior photos will come with both green grass and natural grass.

TWO DAY DELIVERY
Images will be delivered via online gallery within two days (Monday-Friday). Saturday Sessions will be delivered on Wednesday Morning.

Full payment is required before image delivery.

PHOTO READY
All properties should be photo-ready when I arrive. Please review the Property Photo Ready Checklist. I highly recommend a professional home staging consultation prior to photography, as home stagers know how to get a property picture perfect! There are a few available in the Contra Costa County area.
​
Due to liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, décor, etc., I do not move furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. I also do not touch bathroom supplies so please be sure your client has removed all personal hygiene items from showers and bathtubs.
​
RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not pouring rain. The sky will be made to look blue and sunny with visual interest. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment.

ON SITE CANCELLATION
Cancellation after arriving on property at appointment time: $150
