Here is a quick reference to the most Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What type of photographer are you?

A: I consider myself to be a vibrant and True-to-Life style of photography.

2. How do I prepare myself and/or family for a photo session?

A: Please review How To Be Prepared For Your Photo Session: A Complete Guide, here

3. How long have you been doing Photography?

A: I picked up my first professional-grade camera (a gift from my brother) in 2016 and started out doing Landscape Photography (which is still a passion of mine) and really used this time to get comfortable with the camera settings and discover my style. In 2018, when my husband deployed, I opened Crystal Clear Moments and began photographing moments in addition to places.

4. What should we wear?

A: Please review the generic style guide here.

5. Do you have any location suggestions?

A: Yes, absolutely. I spend a lot of time scouting for locations during each season. Please share your vision of your photos with me and I can provide you with location suggestions.

6. Do you travel?

A: I am a local photographer catering to Antioch, California & surrounding areas (within 15-20 miles). I will travel further upon request but a travel fee will apply.

7. How do we get our photos?

A: Your photos will be delivered on a private online gallery through a program called ShootProof. To learn more review The Experience, here.

8. Can I have the RAW files?

A: This is a sensitive topic - one that lots of clients ask for without knowing what they are really asking for. I will not give all Raw photos and here is why: they are unedited and not an accurate representation of my brand. A large part of the process is culling photos (removing blinks & blurs, etc.) and selecting the best photos from your session. RAW files are not universally compatible and require specific software to open or even view them. Your photos will be high resolution and professionally edited to cherish for generations. Quality over quantity.

9. Do you require a deposit?

A: No I do not. However, if you do not cancel your session 24 hours prior to your session, all of your future sessions will require one.
