I’m fortunate to call Central-ish California home, though my heart belongs to many places. I’m an accounting professional by trade, but I thrive on using the other side of my brain for creativity—and photography has become the perfect outlet for that.

In 2016, I picked up my first professional-grade camera (a thoughtful gift from my brother) and started my journey in landscape photography—a passion that remains close to my heart. This time allowed me to get comfortable with the camera and explore my unique style.

Fast forward to 2018, when my husband deployed, I founded Crystal Clear Moments, transitioning from capturing places to preserving meaningful moments. Photography has not only become my creative escape but also given me the flexibility to wear all the hats I need to as a mom. My son was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), and this artistic outlet gives me both freedom and peace while navigating this new chapter.

A few other things that feed my soul are traveling to new places, racing the sun, the view after a long hike, spontaneous road trips, slow mornings, rainy porch days, cute plants, summer on the Delta, and the contagious laughter of children. Also, caffeine and Dad jokes are a must.

If you’re looking for clarity or peace, you should give the desert a chance. I’m a firm believer that nature holds the answers we seek.
